BIOGRAPHY
A student of love and enemy of fear, NVCK has an unwavering belief in humanity and the self. Visual art, music and fashion are the pillars which uphold his artistic kingdom, also known as the UNIVERSE OF NVCK.
Having gained a deep appreciation for historical and contemporary artistic and social landscapes whilst formally studying Art History and Sociology at the University of Melbourne, NVCK feels compelled to contribute to these disciplines through his creations. His vast artistic discography is fuelled by an unwavering love for the world, yet one which battles a haunting fear for its future. Through this lens, his work can be read simultaneously as a celebration of the beauty of human experience and as a cautionary reminder that it is entering a radical era of existential threat.
NVCK does not shy away from wanting to be a figure of influence. Becoming used to the spotlight through amateur circus performances as a child, he now proudly sports the role of the clown-as-artist, juggling between multidisciplinary languages to entertain the masses and cultivate critical thought amongst the brave.
